To se ale s nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi modely zm\u011bnilo. Ty dne\u0161n\u00ed jsou na tom ve v\u0161ech ohledech daleko l\u00e9pe. Investovat tak do takov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed rozhodn\u011b neznamen\u00e1 vyhodit pen\u00edze. St\u00e1le se nejedn\u00e1 o vysn\u011bnou destinace, kde by \u010dlov\u011bk cht\u011bl \u017e\u00edt, ale v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nem\u00e1te pen\u011bz nazbyt a chcete n\u011bco sv\u00e9ho, je to jedna z mo\u017enost\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed m\u00edt jen vhodn\u00fd pozemek. A pozor, nemus\u00ed se jednat o stavebn\u00ed parcelu. To je velk\u00e9 plus, jeliko\u017e stavebn\u00ed parcely jsou docela drah\u00e9.Podnikatelsk\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011bryVzhledem k docela f\u00e9rov\u00e9 cen\u011b jsou mobiln\u00ed domy t\u00e9to, ale i minul\u00fdch generac\u00ed, velice oce\u0148ovan\u00e9 i mnoha \u017eivnostn\u00edky, respektive velk\u00fdmi firmami. I podnikatel\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed prostory, kde by mohli vykon\u00e1vat svou \u010dinnost a \u010d\u00edm levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed budou, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe.
