Po celou dobu \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zky dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed jejich z\u00e1da, svaly i vnit\u0159n\u00ed org\u00e1ny hodn\u011b zabrat, proto\u017ee statick\u00e9 polohy vynucen\u00e9 u\u010den\u00edm \u010di prac\u00ed na po\u010d\u00edta\u010di n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed ke \u0161patn\u00e9mu postaven\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e a celkov\u011b pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd sport je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd pouze na ur\u010ditou skupinu sval\u016f, a kdy\u017e je na profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni, t\u011blu \u010dasto mnohem v\u00edce \u0161kod\u00ed, ne\u017e prosp\u00edv\u00e1.
